Getting hired is hard

It feels impossible to stand out when every job application is the same templated form, with the same generic fields, and the same unrealistic requirements.

We’ve all encountered entry level positions looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience. Getting hired needs to be fixed.

So we built Dash.

Dash is a whole new way for early product design talent to build their skills and land their dream job.

We don’t need to see your résumé. We don’t need to know about your work experience. We believe that good work speaks for itself.

We believe in the potential of early talent.

How does Dash work?

Every two weeks, we drop a product design challenge to our subscribers. Subscribers can choose to complete the challenge in exchange for feedback from our veteran team of product people, and, for top candidates, a referral for a job at a leading startup.

We want to help you hone your skills and give you access to our network of startups*.* We see your potential and we want to get you hired.

Why should I complete a challenge?

We know that completing a design challenge will take time and effort. We believe it is worth it for 4 main reasons.

1. Build experience

Challenges on Dash are industry grade product design briefs. These are the types of briefs that our team of product designers have executed throughout their careers. By seeing and completing these briefs, designers on Dash gain product design experience.

2. Get feedback

We give feedback to every candidate who submits a challenge on Dash. Our feedback team members have worked in design and product at places like Airbnb, Jira, and Shopify. We have built multiple successful startups and consulted with top companies from around the world. We are passionate about helping early talent break into product design. Our feedback will improve your work and make it shine.

3. Build your portfolio
