Third-Party Fonts If Dispatch incorporates third-party fonts into a project that require a commercial license, they will notify the client in writing and provide information on how to purchase the necessary licenses. The client is responsible for purchasing the licenses, and Dispatch assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the client's failure to do so.
  4. User Agreement By using Dispatch's website, the Client agrees to these terms and represents that they have legal capacity, are not a minor, will not use automated means to access the site, will not use the site for illegal purposes, and will comply with all applicable laws.
  5. Prohibited Activities The Client may only use Dispatch's website for its intended purpose and related commercial activities. Limitations of Liability and Indemnification Dispatch and its directors, employees, members, independent contractors, or agents shall not be liable for any damages, and Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dispatch and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers, members, agents, partners, employees, and independent contractors from any loss, damage, liability, claim or demand arising from Client’s use of the Website.
  17. User Data Client is solely responsible for all data transmitted to or that relates to any activity Client has undertaken using the Website, and Dispatch shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data.
  18. Electronic Communications Client consents to receive electronic communications from Dispatch, agrees to the use of electronic signatures and records, and waives any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, or laws in any jurisdiction that require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records.
  19. Turnarounds Dispatch strives to provide fast and efficient design services to our clients. We aim to complete design requests in as little as 48 hours, Monday to Friday, from the date of costing, but this timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the project, work request, and our current workload. We will provide an estimated turnaround time for each work request, which is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or client feedback. We will communicate any changes in the estimated timeline as soon as possible. Dispatch cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party services or events beyond our control, such as server downtime or natural disasters. By using our design services, clients agree to the estimated turnaround time provided and understand that it is subject to change. If a client requires expedited services, they may contact us to discuss possible rush options and associated fees.
  20. Design Work Showcase Dispatch may showcase design work on digital channels, such as social media and website, unless agreed otherwise. The Client can issue a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Dispatch, which would prevent Dispatch from sharing or discussing the Client's work publicly.
